Есть довольно неплохая комедия "Zoolander" (у нас - "Образцовый самец") http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0196229/
Там у модельера (героя Уилла Феррела) была коллекция "Отбросы".
Видимо, тема имеет свою периодичность.
