На новой работе наобщался с ИФНС.
Помимо легендарной 46 есть следующие сведения (вдруг кому пригодятся?).

Хорошие ИФНС - 14,15,43.
Нормальные ИФНС - 29,32.
Отвратительная ИФНС - 1.
